Admission requirements

Step 1: Check the pre-enrolment deadlines
  1. For the a.y. 2020-2021 you have to pre-enrol in the master's degree programs within two periods:
  • from April 1st to May 29th 2020. 
  • from July 1st to September 4th 2020.   
     
  1. Once pre-enroled, you will have to take the Initial evaluation test:
  • From June 22nd to July 3rd 2020 (for those pre-enroled from April 1 to May 29). 
  • from September 24th to October 2nd 2020 (for those pre-enroled from July 1 to September 4).   
     
  1. Complete the enrolment, if you are in possession of the curricular requirements and adequate preparation. Read the step-by-step guide to enroll.
  • From July 13th to October 30th 2020.

By pre-enrolment you submit your data and your qualifications, and it is prior to the moment of enrollment. Read carefully the pre-enrolment procedure for the academic year 2020-2021.

Am I eligible for pre-enrolment?

You are eligible for pre-enrolment if:

  • You are graduated; 
  • You are graduating (within the extraordinary session of March / April 2021) and in possession of the expected curricular requirements;
  • You are a graduate student enrolled in single 2019/2020 courses to acquire the credits necessary for admission to the master's degree course of your interest.
For International students

Applicants are required knowledge of English corresponding to level B2, according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Applicants who do not submit the relevant certificate with the pre-application shall be asked to pass an English language test. Applicants should also submit to an individual interview in order to test if they satisfy the admission requirements.

  • Incoming Erasmus students - This course follows the general rules of the Official Exchange Programme. For more information, please visit Studiare in Italia and contact the International office – or the Program Director. 
  • Incoming Extra EU exchange students - This course follows the general rules of the Official Exchange Programme. For more information, please visit Studiare in Italia  and contact the International office - or the Program Director.
  • Degree-seeking students from a EU Country - Students coming from an EU Country follow the same admission rules of Italian students. 
For students with an Italian bachelor degree or equivalent

Students holding an Italian bachelor degree in classes L-18 or L-33:

  • direct admission if Bachelor degree mark is at least 80/110
  • an interview if the Bachelor degree mark is below 80/110

Students holding an Italian bachelor degree in classes other than L-18 or L-33 (from a.y. 2016-2017):

  • a minimum of 48 ECTS in one or more of the following areas: Economics, Business and Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Law, Sociology
  • an interview if the bachelor degree mark is below 90/110

All applicants
